N.Korea to shoot at S.Korea if campaign continues Posted: 26 Feb 2011 06:42 PM PST SEOUL, Feb 27 — North Korea has warned the South Korean military it will shoot at South Korea if the south continues its recent psychological campaign, the north's official media KCNA news agency said today. South Korea's military has been dropping leaflets into North Korea about democracy protests in Egypt, a legislator said on Friday, and as part of the psychological campaign, the South Korean military also sent food, medicines and radios for residents in a bid to encourage North Koreans to think about change. — Reuters

UN draft: Gaddafi, family members to face travel ban Posted: 26 Feb 2011 05:03 PM PST NEW YORK, Feb 27 — Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, nine members of his family and six other members of his inner circle will face international travel bans, according to a draft UN sanctions proposal to be voted yesterday. Any assets belonging to Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam Gaddafi and four other family members will be frozen, according to the draft UN Security Council sanctions resolution, which was obtained by Reuters. The draft resolution is expected to be put to a vote after the Security Council reconvenes at 8 p.m. EST (0100 GMT). — Reuters
